Your phone must meet these conditions to use Global eSIM.

Carrier unlocked

Your phone must not be locked to one carrier. Locked devices cannot install travel eSIM profiles.

eSIM hardware

Dial *#06# and look for an EID number, or open Settings and check for an “Add eSIM” option.

Data-only plans

Global eSIM provides mobile data abroad. Calls and SMS remain on your primary SIM.

How do I check if my phone supports eSIM?
